At Whispering Pines Dental Lodge, we feel that it is a privilege to be chosen by our patients. We are committed to excellence and we strive to make treatment affordable without compromising the integrity of our work. Therefore, we are offering the following WARRANTY to all of our patients.
Our Promise to You:
Crowns, Bridges, Onlays, and Veneers
For a period of 5 (five) years from the time of cementation, Whispering Pines Dental Lodge will replace a gold restoration that fails due to the loss of the restoration (not the tooth), breakage or misfit, at no cost to the patient.
Porcelain Veneers, Porcelain Onlays, Porcelain Crowns and Bridges
For a period of 3 (three) years from the time of cementation, Whispering Pines Dental Lodge will replace or repair a porcelain restoration that fails due to loss of the restoration, porcelain fracture, or misfit, at no cost to the patient.
Composite (White) Restorations
For a period of 2 (two) years from the date of the restoration, Whispering Pines Dental Lodge will replace a composite filling due to the loss of the restoration, breakage or misfit of the restoration, at no cost to you. On rare occasions a composite filling does not adhere to a tooth and continues to come out, when this happens a build-up and crown is needed. We will credit the cost of the filling towards a build-up and crown.
Your Commitment
Your commitment to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile for a lifetime is as important as our promise to you. You must maintain your regular Hygiene schedule in our office. Hygiene visits are tailored to the patient’s need, either every 3, 4, or 6 months. Your account must be in good standing, and please, don’t abuse your new restorations! Do not chew ice, hard candy, open bottles, cut fishing line with your teeth, etc. You get the picture!
Treatment Complications
If a tooth becomes sensitive after dental treatment and requires root canal therapy, this does not constitute failure. This is considered a treatment complication. There are many reasons a tooth requires root canal therapy that are beyond our control, these include, but are not limited to deep cavities, fracture lines, and individual patient sensitivities. |
